Windsor Castle security breach: Chilling warning over raid on William and Kate’s home

Masked intruders who climbed a 6ft fence in a brazen Windsor Castle burglary must have been “watching for some time”, it is claimed.

Burglars stole farm vehicles from the royal estate while the Prince and Princess of Wales along with their children slept nearby. They are then reported to have used a stolen truck to break down a gate in an astonishing security breach.

It is understood that the masked group drove off in a pick-up and a quad bike that were kept in a barn while the Waleses were at Adelaide Cottage around five minutes away. The royals regularly use the gate as the nearest exit.

The men targeted Shaw Farm, which is a working farm inside the Castle’s security zone. The Prince and Princess of Wales moved to Adelaide Cottage in the summer of 2022. During late Queen Elizabeth’s funeral, the procession at Windsor Castle began from the Shaw Farm gate.

And worryingly a police source believes that the burglars must have been viewing Windsor Castle for a while in a well thought out plan. “They must have been watching Windsor Castle for a while,” they told The Sun.

The insider also said the men would have known the vehicles were stored in the barn before breaking in, and would have known the best time to get in and out in order to escape detection.
