Royal Reconciliation? King Charles Ready to Bury the Hatchet with Prince Harry After Surprising Advice!
It has been reported King Charles has taken advice from spiritual leaders to contemplate repairing his relationship with his son, claims source.
It has been claimed King Charles has received advice from spiritual leaders leading the monarch to contemplate repairing his relationship with his son, Prince Harry.
Sources say the monarch has drawn comfort from their guidance and since inheriting the crown, the King has spent time exploring theologies.
As reported by MailOnline, an insider said: “Faith has always been a part of Charles’s life and something he’s explored, but since becoming King it is playing a more central role.”
They added: “That reliance on faith and quiet contemplation has become a comfort and asset to him and helps him cope with the role as he adapts to being King.”
King Charles, is known to be a spiritual man and regular churchgoer, and as head of the Church of England, he has also pledged to protect the multiple faiths of a diverse Britain.
His Coronation was very different from Queen Elizabeth II’s, had a more modern approach and embraced a multi-faith message with a wider range of religions represented than ever before.
Prince Harry last saw his father in February when the King made his cancer diagnosis public. Charles’s youngest son flew to the UK for a brief 45-minute meeting at Clarence House before returning to America, where he resides with his wife, Meghan Markle and two children.
Relations between Harry and his father have become strained since Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior working royals in 2020.
Since leaving the Firm, the Montecito-based duo has revealed details about their private lives through a series of public interviews, such as with Oprah Winfrey, and via a Netflix docuseries titled ‘Harry & Meghan’ – which royal experts say caused controversy.
Discussing a potential reconciliation the source told the MailOnline: “Harry will always be Charles’s much-loved son. He has faith that Harry could return. He misses the bond they once had, and the door will always remain open to him and his family. He does not want years of discord and disharmony clouding his reign.”
The possibility of a thaw in the House of Windsor feud comes at a time when the King is said to be concerned about financial demands from the Sussexes should their Netflix deals dry up next year.
Reports have emerged that Netflix is unlikely to renew its deal with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, signaling potential turbulence in the couple’s post-royal media endeavors.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle promptly signed a five-year, multi-million dollar contract with the streaming giant to create content after leaving the Royal Family in 2020. Rumours have since swirled around a renewal for the royal duo, as the contract is set to expire next year.
Meanwhile, the public is currently awaiting two Netflix series from the couple. A series based on Meghan Markle’s brand ‘American Riviera Orchard’ and Harry’s series which will focus on the sporting world of polo. No further information about release dates or series titles have been revealed so far.
