Prince William reveals his favourite Christmas song – and it’s not what you’d expect
When we’re asked to name our favourite festive songs, the list usually contains classics such as All I Want for Christmas Is You, Baby It’s Cold Outside and Last Christmas. But it would seem that the Prince of Wales’ song of choice is far from traditional when he confessed what it was during a Christmas interview with young children for the Royal Marsden Hospital radio station.
Speaking to host Barry Alston, Prince William said: “For this particular chat with you Barry, I’m gonna say ‘Feliz Navidad’ is my favourite Christmas song because it’s a bit different”.
He continued: “I could say Mariah Carey, who I love dearly as well. That’s a good one and obviously there are many others, but I think I’ll probably go with ‘Feliz Navidad.’ It’s a bit more jolly.”
His unique choice also offers fans a glimpse into what his incredible hidden talent is.
Prince William is adept when it comes to languages and is said to be able to speak in French, German, Welsh, Gaelic, Spanish and can even converse in Swahili – having taught himself it during his time at university.
