Kate Middleton and Prince William kept huge secret from royal child for heartbreaking reason

The Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince William and Kate Middleton, have always strived to give their children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis – as normal a childhood as possible. This included keeping a significant secret from their eldest son, Prince George. Until he was about seven years old, George was reportedly unaware that he would one day become king, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and eventually his father.

Robert added: “But sometime around the boy’s seventh birthday in the summer of 2020, it is thought that his parents went into more detail about what the little prince’s life of future royal ‘service and duty’ would particularly involve.”

This decision was reportedly influenced by “William’s unhappiness at the haphazard fashion in which the whole business of his royal destiny had buzzed around his head from the start”, reports the Express.

Experts also believe that Charlotte, nine, could share a similar relationship with her older brother, much like Princess Anne and King Charles.

Katie Nicholl, a royal author, opened up to Entertainment Tonight with some heartwarming information about the royal children, revealing: “I think you’re seeing a support act here… William and Kate decided to include Charlotte on that, so in the same way that William always had his wingman in Harry, I think it’s rather wonderful that that is being echoed here with George and Charlotte. You’re going to see, I think, real teamwork at play here.”
