The Duke of Sussex could spend the years of President-elect Donald Trump’s presidency fighting to remain living in the US, experts have claimed. Prince Harry has opened up about his experiences with psychedelic drugs in the past, with the topic causing some controversy surrounding his visa.
He added: “The Biden administration had shielded Harry, and a lawsuit by the Heritage Foundation seeking more information was dismissed, but Trump may have the upper hand if it turns out that Harry was not forthcoming about his past drug use on his visa application, although he’s admitted it in his autobiography and various interviews over the years.”
In his memoir Spare, Prince Harry described his experience with drugs including marijuana. “Marijuana is different, that actually really did help me,” he wrote. He also shared a story about magic mushrooms, which caused him to see a bin transform. “I stared at the bin. It stared back. ‘What-staring?’ Then it became… a head. I stepped on the pedal and the head opened its mouth. A huge open grin,” it read.
The legal expert’s claims come after Donald Trump was interviewed by Nigel Farage on GB News back in March. During the pair’s discussion, Nigel asked the President-elect if there’d be any “special privileges” for Prince Harry, who moved to the US back in 2020 after stepping down as a senior royal.
“No. We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action,” Trump replied. In response, the MP asked: “Appropriate action? Which might mean…not staying in America?”.
