Meghan Markle slammed for ‘yuck’ detail in trailer for new Netflix show
It’s true that Meghan Markle can’t do a whole lot these days without Internet trolls finding a reason to slam her. And with the release of the first trailer for her new show, With Love, Meghan, there are plenty of things that viewers have found wrong with the show.
Meghan took to Instagram on Friday morning to share the first trailer for the long-awaited series, which she executive produced as part of her $100 million Netflix content deal with Prince Harry. The eight-episode lifestyle series, which premieres on January 15, “reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming” as the Duchess of Sussex shares her favourite tips for cooking, gardening, crafting and more alongside celebrity guests.

Viewers slam Meghan Markle’s new Netflix series for ‘yuck’ detail
While the comments are off on her post, it didn’t stop people from sharing their thoughts elsewhere.
While many were excited about the show, others were quick to criticise Meghan, especially after seeing clips of her cooking with her long hair down and wearing white.
“Relatable – cooking in white with hair about to get in the food,” one user sarcastically wrote.
“Yuck, her hair hanging in the food,” another said.
“She couldn’t be really cooking with all the chunky jewellery and white outfit,” a third added. “So very unrealistic I think. Cooking when you’re rich… that’s the vibe I get. 20 people being the scenes doing all the work. It looks too perfect to be relatable.”
“I don’t think anyone really cooks in all white…” someone else said.
“Hope there isn’t hair in the food,” yet another wrote.
‘Meghan, it’s your year to shine’
Others shared their excitement for Meghan, with one fan writing, “Meghan, it’s your year to shine.”
“For anyone who’s whining about the white clothing, [you] forgot that actual kitchen chefs wear white vests,” another said.

“This is the perfect continuation of The TIG,” a third said, referencing Meghan’s former lifestyle blog that she was forced to shut down after her relationship with Prince Harry went public.
“She’s doing something creative and rewarding, and I hope she finds happiness in this,” someone else said. “The internet is full of mean bullies, and your mamas would be ashamed of you all.”
Netflix’s With Love, Meghan will premiere on January 15, with all eight episodes dropping simultaneously.
