Kate Middleton’s big Christmas decision for George, Charlotte and Louis

Kate Middleton and Prince William are set to spend Christmas with King Charles, marking a Royal reunion after the family’s year-long battle with cancer. This festive gathering will be the first time the Royals have come together in full force following a challenging year for both the King and the Princess of Wales, who were both diagnosed with cancer.

Both the King and the Princess took a step back from public duties to focus on their recovery. While Charles continues to receive weekly treatment, Kate announced in October, after eight months of chemotherapy, that she had finally completed her treatment.

Royal insiders have shared King Charles III’s excitement for the upcoming festive season, as he eagerly anticipates celebrating with Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The King has been preparing his Sandringham estate, ensuring it’s ready to host the family in Norfolk for a heartwarming Christmas after a year of ups and downs, reports the Mirror.

Despite a quick trip back to London on Tuesday for his ongoing health treatments and some Royal duties at Buckingham Palace, Charles was soon back in Sandringham, to carry on with the Christmas planning.

A royal insider said: “The King is embracing the Christmas period already and really getting into the spirit. Staff who have seen him this week remarked how happy and healthy he was looking.”
