‘Hope’ for Prince William and Prince Harry reconciliation after Oasis reunion, expert predicts

The Oasis reunion could give hope for a reconciliation between Prince Harry and Prince William as both sets of brothers have a 'rich history laced with conflict and separation'

Following the surprising reconciliation of Liam and Noel Gallagher, leading to the reforming of Oasis, an expert has suggested that this could inspire a similar reunion between feuding Royal brothers, Prince Harry and Prince William. The Gallagher brothers sent shockwaves across the UK when they announced earlier this week that Oasis would be reuniting for a series of concerts next year.

This announcement has sparked speculation about whether it could hint at a potential reunion between Prince Harry and Prince William in the future. Speaking to the Express, PR expert and Founder of No Strings Public Relations, Riley Gardiner, suggested that the Oasis reunion demonstrated there was “hope” for a Windsor reunion down the line.

Mr Gardiner’s comments come amidst the ongoing feud between Harry and William, which has continued for over four years since Harry relocated to the USA.

Mr Gardiner stated: “The brothers actually repairing their relationship speaks to many. High-profile families reconciling like this, especially as a band that will go on to tour and show off this reconciliation in front of millions, will strike a chord with fans perhaps even prompting the royal brothers to reflect on their own ties.”

He added: “Both the stories of Liam and Noel and William and Harry have a rich history laced with conflict and separation, and both have a lot of public anticipation surrounding them.”

“Just as tabloids are keen to capture any hint of Gallagher reconciliation, they remain vigilant for signs of rapport between William and Harry. The poignant idea of a band mending fences after hardship could definitely inspire hope for the future of familial relationships.”, reports the Express.

Even before the Oasis reunion was announced, there were rumours swirling around the Gallagher reunion and it could tie into Harry and William’s relationship. On LBC, one psychotherapist said that despite their differences, there was one major link between the two sets of brothers.

Speaking to Rachel Johnson on Sunday evening, Noel McDermott pondered if the Gallaghers and Windsors could be tied by their relationships with their mothers Peggy and Princess Diana, respectively.

Mr McDermott said that “for both sets of boys there’s something about Mum going on” and that Diana was a “very potent figure” for William and Harry leading to certain behaviours later in life.

He added: “This sort of interrupted attachment, this attachment style that I talked about…trying to find a safe attachment which wasn’t available earlier on. Then you get overprotective about that and so that would be the theoretical model I’d be working with.”
