Royal watchers all notice the same thing about Lilibet on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Christmas card
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new Christmas card has given Royal enthusiasts a fresh glimpse of their children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie, and fans are gushing over how grown up the little ones look. The card features a new candid shot of Archie and Lilibet, age five and three, running into their parents’ arms, both showcasing the same fiery red hair as their dad.
Alongside the set of photos from Harry and Meghan’s work this year, including their trips to Nigeria and Colombia, it also included a festive message in heavily italicised font. Royal watchers have only ever seen a handful of photographs of Liliet and Archie, who live with their mum and dad in Montecito, California, so this latest offering went down a treat.
“What a beautiful and happy family [teary eyed-face emoji] Lilibet is almost as tall as Archie!”, another wrote on social media. Fans were especially thrilled to see the Sussexes sharing a very personal moment, with one commenting: “Another amazing year for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex [clapping-hands emoji] And how tall are Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet now, so cute! ” Lastly, another fan focused on Lilibet’s stature, writing: “I needed this today. #PrincessLilibet is so tall and honey blonde.”
Archie and Lilibet have rarely been seen in public as the couple try to protect their privacy. The Sussexes haven’t featured their kids on recent Christmas cards but did share an adorable snap with baby Lilibet in 2021.
In that picture, a two year old Archie sat on Harry’s lap while Meghan cradled a seven-month-old Lilibet. While Harry himself now has a head of fiery red hair, photographs from his younger years actually show the younger royal brother with much lighter, blonde locks.
