Meghan Markle ‘set to launch brand and TV show’ as she prepares to return to spotlight
Meghan Markle is reportedly ready to step back into the limelight with her own TV show and the launch of her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. Before tying the knot with Prince Harry, Meghan was known for her role as Rachel Zane in Suits, spanning seven seasons, and also made appearances in Castle, CSI: Miami, The League, Fringe, and Horrible Bosses.
This brand, announced back in March, gained some early promotion when Meghan sent baskets of homemade jams to Kris Jenner, Chrissy Teigen and Abigail Spencer. “As far as Meghan being quiet, she’s been in the background working on her entrepreneurial efforts,” an industry source said.
“Both the Netflix project and her brand will come out within the same timeline in the New Year.”
Page Six has reported that filming for the show took place around California and at the home of philanthropists Tom and Sherrie Cipolla, who are regulars on the Montecito society scene, reports the Mirror. OK! has reached out to representatives for Meghan for comment.
Meghan has faced another setback in launching her much-anticipated lifestyle brand. Despite sharing her American Riviera Orchard jam with celebrity pals on social media this April, the products are still not available for purchase on her site.
