Princess Kate has told Prince William ‘life is too short for grudges’ claims expert
A royal expert believes Princess Kate has taken on the monumental task of fixing the feud between Prince William and Prince Harry.
A royal expert believes the Princess of Wales has taken on the monumental task of fixing the feud between Prince William and Prince Harry.
It comes as Princess Kate recently released a video with her family letting the world know that she had finished her preventative chemotherapy course.
BBC’s former correspondent, Jennie Bond, told the Mirror the cancer diagnosis could have given her a new perspective on family dramas.
Referring to the released footage by Kensington Palace, she explained: “What clearly matters to her more now is family, loving, and being loved.”
She added: “Perhaps she has persuaded William that life is too short for grudges.”
In a surprising move by the Prince of Wales, a birthday message to Prince Harry was issued on William and Kate’s official social media page on Harry’s official birthday last weekend.
It read: “Wishing a Happy 40th Birthday to The Duke of Sussex!”
The birthday message came following a tumultuous few years for the Royal Family, with Harry’s explosive interviews, TV programmes and a book seemingly drifting Harry further away from his family.
King Charles also issued a public birthday message to his youngest son from his and Queen Camilla’s official X account, accompanied by a smiling photo of a joyous Prince Harry, dressed smartly – which William in turn re-posted.
Jennie added: “Birthday wishes posted on the main royal family website are also a sign of a possible thaw in relations between Harry and his father. But this is only a tentative first step in a complex and sensitive situation. I still think the brothers’ relationship is almost irretrievable.”
